This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record is a preliminary operations report from 7 August 2023. It says Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center relayed a report from JetBlue flight 1348, an A320 flying from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to IAD. The crew reported UAP activity 6,000 feet above their 12 o'clock position while cruising at FL340 in Atlantic oceanic airspace. The report notes that the crew took no evasive action and that no law enforcement notification was reported.
