This is a 2023 Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report. It covers UAP activity on 7 August 2023 over the Atlantic Ocean. Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that FedEx 52, an MD-11 flying from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Memphis at flight level 380, reported UAP activity 2,000 feet above its 12 o'clock position in Atlantic oceanic airspace. The report records that the crew took no evasive action and that no law enforcement notification was reported.
