This is a 2023 Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report from the Department of Transportation about UFO/UAP activity near Dublin, Georgia, on August 4, 2023, at 0304 Eastern. Atlanta ARTCC advised that Allegiant 1432, an A320 flying from FLL to TYS, and multiple other aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with bright white flashing lights. The aircraft were northbound at FL400 in the vicinity of DBN. The report notes that no law enforcement notification was made.
