This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report from FAA operations records UAP activity near Jacksonville, Florida, at 2:35 a.m. EDT on August 4, 2023. Jacksonville ARTCC advised that NetJets 631, a Cessna flying from Miami to PDK, reported bright white lights that appeared and maneuvered rapidly between FL330 and FL410. Spirit 348 reported the sighting as hazardous, and Amerijet 523 also reported it. Law enforcement was not notified.
