This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity on July 23, 2023, at 0207 Central time near Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Fort Worth ARTCC advised that American Airlines flight 821, an A321 flying from San Diego to Charlotte, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off its left side while eastbound at FL330 four miles east of the Ranger VOR. Seven lights were observed traveling westbound at the same altitude, and no evasive action was taken.
