This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers a UAP sighting near Pensacola, Florida, on April 25, 2023, at 8:56 a.m. Central time. Pensacola TRACON said the pilot of N5245K, a Cessna C172, reported the phenomenon while flying southeast at 1,500 feet, 15 miles northwest of PNS. The pilot described it as two basketball-sized balloons with wires. A following aircraft did not see it, and the pilot took no evasive action.
