This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report, part of a 2023 Department of Transportation release, logs UAP activity on April 15, 2023, near Savannah, Georgia. Jacksonville ARTCC advised that Sunwing flight 615, a Boeing 737 MAX flying from Cayo Largo del Sur, Cuba, to Quebec, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon 10 to 15 miles ahead at FL370. The phenomenon was three lights flashing on and off and moving above a thunderstorm. No evasive action or law enforcement notification was reported.
