It says Oakland ARTCC advised that the crew of N474PE, a Cessna C560 flying at FL400 20 miles north-northwest of the Mustang VORTAC, saw a possible UFO with green and blue lights at FL500 off the aircraft's left side. The crew took no evasive action, and no law enforcement notification was reported.
