This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report, dated February 18, 2023, records a UAP sighting over the Atlantic Ocean. Jacksonville ARTCC advised that the crew of N926TT, a Gulfstream GLF4 flying from Van Nuys to Vieux Fort, St. Lucia, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with white lights at their 12 o'clock position. The aircraft was southeast bound at FL410, 30 miles south of the AMNDA fix. No evasive action was taken, and no law enforcement notification was reported.
