This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report, dated February 18, 2023, records UFO/UAP activity near Charleston, West Virginia at about 0400 Eastern time. Indianapolis ARTCC said Frontier flight 2300, an A321 flying east from DFW to PHL at FL350, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at its 12 o'clock position. The aircraft was 85 miles southwest of the Charleston VOR at the time. The crew described the phenomenon as white blinking lights.
