This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of a 2023 release, is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity near Sioux Falls, South Dakota on February 11, 2023 at 3:32 AM CST. Minneapolis ARTCC advised that United 2059, a Boeing 777 flying eastbound from San Francisco to Newark between FL350 and FL370, reported lights "coming and going" at the same altitude or higher, 25 miles south of Sioux Falls. The report notes that law enforcement was not notified.
