This is a Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report dated February 11, 2023, about UFO/UAP activity near Iowa City, Iowa. Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that Delta 384, a Boeing 737-800 flying from San Diego to JFK, reported lights circling off its left side at the same altitude or higher while it flew eastbound at FL370. The report notes that similar phenomena reported the week before were determined to be a chain of satellites. Law enforcement was not notified.
