This Federal Aviation Administration record from the Department of Transportation logs a UFO-UAP activity report from February 11, 2023. According to preliminary FAA operations information, Chicago ARTCC reported that American 403, an A320 flying from Denver to Philadelphia, saw lights circling off its left side at the same altitude or higher. The flight was eastbound at FL350 near Iowa City, Iowa. The entry notes that similar phenomena reported the week before were determined to be a chain of satellites, and that LEOS was not notified.
