Kansas City ARTCC advised that N378BG, a Raytheon B300 flying from BBG to FNL, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with white and red flashing lights. The crew saw it at the 9 o'clock position while northwest bound at FL280, 15 miles south of CNU. No injuries or law enforcement notification were reported.
