This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers an event on January 14, 2023, at 0430 Central time near Fayetteville, Arkansas. It says the crew of Delta flight 722, an A321 flying from Las Vegas to Atlanta, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon. The object was above the aircraft at the 11 o'clock position while the flight was eastbound at FL350 over the Razorback VORTAC. The pilot said it looked like two aircraft with red and white lights at a very high altitude.
