This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report dated April 21, 2022. It says Washington ARTCC advised that Flexjet 359, an E55P flying from Boston to Huntsville at FL450 near the Kessel VOR in West Virginia, reported a UFO 10,000 feet above the aircraft. While the jet passed beneath the object, the pilot reported problems with the attitude reference system and autopilot. Flights SWA368, SWA1393 and UAL46 also reported a similar phenomenon.
