This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released by the Department of Transportation in 2023. It covers an event at 02:00 on November 28, 2023. The crew of GTI3674, a Boeing 737-800 flying from BWI to SKF, reported numerous distant lights ahead of the aircraft while westbound at FL360 over HVQ. The lights were possibly satellites and appeared for about 20 seconds at a time. Facility radar did not detect them, and two other flights reported the same phenomenon.

The unknown phenomenon was numerous lights in the distance, possibly satellites, appearing for approximately 20 seconds at a time. The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system.
