This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, a 2023 Department of Transportation record, documents an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported at 02:13 on November 4, 2023 by Southwest Airlines flight SWA3147, a Boeing 737 flying from Tampa to Nashville. The Jacksonville facility (ZJX) filed it. The crew said that while heading northwest at FL400 over SZW, they saw three lights in a circular pattern off the left side, spinning in a holding pattern above. The report's status is closed.
