This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, coded as an unidentified aerial phenomenon, logs an event on August 17, 2023, reported through the Memphis center (ZME). The pilot of a Cessna 208, N414CY, said they saw multiple colored lights while flying between Birmingham and Huntsville. Controllers in the Birmingham tower cab also saw the lights moving around in the sky. Neither the pilot nor the tower could estimate the altitude, and the report's status is closed.
