This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported at 04:55 on July 21, 2023. Delta flight DAL2110, a BCS3 flying from Seattle to San Diego, reported bright lights offshore off its right side while heading southeast at FL210, 15 nautical miles west-northwest of OCN. No altitude was given for the lights and the crew took no evasive action. FAA headquarters asked NORAD to check its systems, which returned negative results, and the case is closed.
