This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report was filed on May 3, 2023, and its status is closed. The crew of Spirit flight NKS2078, an A20N on its way from Orlando to Baltimore, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at 35,000 feet (FL350) over FAY. They described circling lights high above and to the northeast of the aircraft. The report says the sighting appears to correlate with Starlink satellites and notes that no LEO information was provided.
