This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, filed by the Albuquerque facility (ZAB), covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on April 22, 2023. A general aviation S22T aircraft, callsign N781CW, flying west at 14,000 feet about 24 nautical miles northwest of FST, reported a white, donut shaped object roughly 15 feet in diameter. It was either stationary or moving in the opposite direction about 100 feet above the aircraft. The report is closed, and it notes that no law enforcement notification was reported.
