This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report dated March 21, 2023, and marked closed. Colorado Springs (COS) air traffic control tower reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon about 12 nautical miles northeast of COS at an unknown altitude. The phenomenon was described as two flashing lights traveling together. There was no air traffic in the area, and Denver Center (ZDV) also reported no traffic there.
