This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report dated March 10, 2023, issued under the Department of Transportation, filed by Minneapolis Center (ZMP) and now closed. It describes a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 787-9, flight VIR156T from Las Vegas to London Heathrow. The crew reported three very bright lights of varying brightness that rotated rapidly around each other, very high in the sky and off the left side, while the aircraft was eastbound at FL370 near FOD. No evasive action was taken.
