This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, now closed, describing an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on March 2, 2023. The crew of Frontier flight FFT647, an A20N on its way from CVG to DEN, reported the phenomenon off the right side while flying westbound at FL360, 73 NM north-northeast of MCI. The pilot described flashes to the north that may have been space junk. The report says the mandatory occurrence report gave no law enforcement information.
