This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released by the Department of Transportation, for an event on February 18, 2023. According to the report, Frontier flight FFT2300, an A321 flying from DFW to PHL, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at its 12 o'clock while eastbound at FL350, 85 NM southwest of HVQ. The crew described white blinking lights of varying intensity at about FL350. The report is marked closed.
