This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, records a UAP report made on February 14, 2023. It says American Airlines flight AAL1470, an A321 flying from Seattle to Dallas-Fort Worth, reported white flashing lights while heading southeast at 37,000 feet, 90 nautical miles west of DBS. The report concludes the sighting is consistent with sunrise reflections off Low Earth Orbit satellites. It notes that NORAD was briefed and that the case is closed.
