This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on February 11, 2023, and its status is closed. Delta flight DAL384, a Boeing 737-800 flying from San Diego to New York JFK, reported something off its left side while eastbound at FL370 over Iowa City. The crew described what looked like an aircraft circling at or above their altitude that kept appearing and disappearing. AMOC noted that a similar report the week before had turned out to be a train of satellites.
