This Federal Aviation Administration record from the Department of Transportation logs an unidentified aerial phenomenon report dated February 3, 2023, filed through Kansas City Center (ZKC) and now closed. The crew of SkyWest flight SKW3758, an E75L flying from Oklahoma City to Minneapolis, said they saw a large balloon off the right side. They were northbound at FL370, 30 nautical miles west of RBA. The crew estimated the balloon was at about FL500 or higher.
