This is a Federal Aviation Administration unidentified aerial phenomenon report from the Department of Transportation, released in 2023. It covers an event at 15:43 on 02/03/2023, when Spirit (NKS) flight NKS1286, an A320 flying from Chicago O'Hare to Phoenix, was reporting to the Kansas City facility (ZKC).
