This Federal Aviation Administration record, 237UAP00161, is a closed report from 2023 about an unidentified aerial phenomenon. The report places the aircraft 51 nautical miles east of MCI and the balloon at roughly FL500 or higher. Kansas City Center (ZKC) was the reporting facility.
