This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released by the Department of Transportation in 2023, covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon on 11 November 2022. The pilot of a general aviation Piper PA28 was flying west at 3,000 feet, 10 NM southeast of 3T5, and saw bright rotating lights about the size of a C172. The lights were moving southwest at high speed at roughly 4,000 feet. The report is marked closed and does not reach a conclusion.
