This FAA Skywatch incident report was released by the Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration in 2023. It covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon at 01:56 on 7 October 2022. The LSE air traffic control tower saw an object 5 NM south of LSE at 1,500 feet. The tower described it as having flashing green, red and blue lights, looking like a jellyfish and travelling west. ZMP saw a primary radar target in the area, but no aircraft made observations. By 0205 there were no further radar returns, and the report is closed.
