This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on August 19, 2022. The crew of GTI120, a B763 flying from Houston (IAH) to Cincinnati (CVG), was heading northeast at FL390 near Little Rock when it reported two and three blinking lights. The lights held steady well above the aircraft's altitude, and several other aircraft also saw them. NORAD said Starlink satellites were in the area, and the report is marked closed.
