This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, part of a 2023 Department of Transportation release, records an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on August 6, 2022. The crew of JetBlue flight JBU1234, an E190 flying from San Juan to Orlando at FL360, reported three lights turning on and off, stationary above the horizon off the right side, 115 NM southeast of ZQA. Miami Center reported the incident and notified the UFO reporting center. The report is marked closed.
