This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, about an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on August 6, 2022. The crew of a CL35 general aviation aircraft, callsign N765QS, was flying from MBPV to Miami at FL360. About 115 NM southeast of ZQA, they reported three stationary lights above the horizon that turned on and off. Miami Center (ZMA) notified the UFO reporting center, and the report is marked closed.
