This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, records an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on August 22, 2021 at 16:30. The pilot of a general aviation PA46, callsign N398WF, flying from CPK to 7FL6, saw the phenomenon off the aircraft's left side while heading southwest at FL200, 10 NM northeast of ISO. Neither the pilot nor the facility gave any further information. Staff called the National UFO reporting number, notified AWO/CM and closed the report.
