This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report for an unidentified aerial phenomenon at 00:27 on June 10, 2021, filed by the N90 reporting facility. A Gulfstream IV business jet flying from Teterboro to Westover reported what it described as a manned jet pack. The object was circling at about 8,000 to 9,000 feet while the aircraft climbed northeast out of 9,000 feet. No evasive maneuvers were taken, and the report is marked closed.
