This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023 and designated 237UAP00049. It records an event at 05:45 on April 26, 2021, reported by Washington Center (ZDC). The pilots of N39RC, a C560 general aviation flight from PBI to ABE, and of JBU1380 described a white, rapidly circling light at about FL450 off the right side of their aircraft. Both pilots said it lasted only a short time and disappeared at once. The report is marked closed.
