This FOIA release (2006-0483-F) from the William J. Clinton Presidential Library's Scheduling Office files contains a letter exchange with Steven M. Greer of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI). In a 6 February 1997 letter, Greer asked President Clinton and the Vice President to meet military and intelligence UFO witnesses at a CSETI Project Starlight meeting in Washington on April 8 to 10, 1997. The White House Director of Scheduling declined the request on February 25, 1997.
