This Clinton Presidential Library file (NSC Records Management, record 9506127) holds 1995 correspondence from Steven M. Greer and his Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) asking President Clinton to meet with them and to issue an executive order declassifying UFO materials and releasing witnesses from their security oaths. It includes the Project Starlight Coalition letter of June 4, 1995, a list of 35 enclosed documents, CSETI strategy papers and biographies, and a White House reply of August 3, 1995 that forwarded the meeting request.

The sightings were made by LaHa=Klr7 Inc., personnel vhile
’ • engaged in trackin; regular projects with Askania Photo-
- theodolites. It bis been reported that objects are sighted
in seme number; as many as eight have been visible at °n®F^l
-therefore*l’TZ'ild_-atX their rellaibillty superior. In both
coses photos were -aken with Askanlas.
3. The Hollo aan AF Base Data Reduction Unit analy ed the
27 April pictures md made a report, a copy of which Is®
• enclosing with the film for your information. It was believed
that triangulation could be effected from pictures taken on
• 2U Mny because pictures were taken from tvo stations. The
films vere rapidly processed and examined by Data Reduction.
However, it vaa de.ermined that sightings were made on two
