This Clinton Presidential Library file (NSC Records Management, record 9506127) holds 1995 correspondence from Steven M. Greer and his Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) asking President Clinton to meet with them and to issue an executive order declassifying UFO materials and releasing witnesses from their security oaths. It includes the Project Starlight Coalition letter of June 4, 1995, a list of 35 enclosed documents, CSETI strategy papers and biographies, and a White House reply of August 3, 1995 that forwarded the meeting request.

For two vears, Keller worked as a senior ,vriter at Wells & Miller, a �neapolis-based public r�lations firm specializing in public affairs, marketing communications and custom publications. He placed numerous stories in local, regional, national and trade media ior the agency's clients that included Federal Express, Cycle"Sat, The .\1etropolitan Sports Facilities Commission, The Association of Diagnostic Imaging Technologists (ADIT), The .\1etropolitan Transit Commission, many non-profit arts organizations and others. He won a 1990 International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Award for Excellence in Feature Writing. As a professional \vriter, he continues to balance independent public relations work and journalism. Prior to his writing career, Keller taught at the Minneapolis Urban League Street Academy, an alternative high school. He is on the Board of Directors for the Cedar Cultural Center and has been the head of Public Education and Media Relations for the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) since December 1992. Keller is completing the autobiography of Larry Kegan, called "Some Get The 'Chair." Paralyzed in a diving accident when he was 16, Kegan helped develop the program at the University of Minnesota in the mid-70s about Sexuality and Disability which is still used across the country today. He also owned and managed a rehabilitation Facility in Mexico, like the one depicted in the movie "Born on the Fourth of July." Keller also is the co-author of nvo "spec'' screenplays, the first a script for Tom and Rosanne Arnold called ":-.-iedallion," a Christmas movie set during the St. Paul Winter Carnival. The other script, "Hotel Babylon," is a comedy-mystery and misadventure about two black comedians who go as impostors to Jamaica where they uncover a sophisticated smuggling operation and discover a missing piece of their history. Both works are currently being shopped in Hollywood. Keller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Spanish from St. John's University in Collegeville, Mn. He also has pursued graduate level course work in Liberal Arts at the Universitv of Minnesota. He is married to Susan Hamre, the Managing Editor of Request Magazine. Keller and Hamre live in Minneapolis. 20
