This is a White House email release covering February 1998 to August 2000. It is a set of Exchange mail records with attachments. One item is the President's February 19, 1998 remarks to a DNC dinner in West Orange, New Jersey, which includes a joke that young people think seeing a UFO is more likely than drawing Social Security. Other items are a joke 'Redneck Driver's License Application', an AP story about Chilca, Peru, where locals credit UFOs for the mud's powers, a Blair Witch Project article, and a Baltimore Sun article forwarded by the White House Situation Room about UFO FOIA requests to the NSA.

And so I hope we can continue to expand ti By the same token, I don't think any of us can say with a straight face th believe we have the best system of undergraduate education in the work mean, elementary and secondary education in the world. You know that the best system in the world. And you know that the quality varies dramatically. That's why I've been working for national standards. That's why I've bee working to connect every classroom in the country to the Internet by the 2000. That's why we have a program now to lower class sizes in the firs grades to an average of 18 students. If we can pass this program, it will dramatically change the future of education. Give us an economic system where free enterprise can reach the areas that have been left behi And keep reaching out to the rest of the world - an economy based on oppor All the educational research shows that children who come from difficu backgrounds who have a chance to get personal attention from teachers work with their fellow students because the classes are small enough in those grades have a big leg up in the rest of their learning careers. So I think a of that is very, very important. And I hope you will support that. That's ; to be a big part of what we're trying to do. We want to rehabilitate or bu 5,000 more schools and we have a program to do that.
