This Clinton Presidential Library FOIA release (2006-0474-F) contains White House correspondence from late 1994 and early 1995. Representative Collin C. Peterson forwarded a letter from constituent Tony Plumage asking for an executive order to declassify government information on UFOs. Susan Brophy of the White House replied on December 1, 1994. Her reply repeated a National Archives letter from Richard W. Peuser: the Project Blue Book records for 1947 to 1969 contain no reference to Roswell, and further questions should go to the Air Force.
