This FOIA release from the William J. Clinton Presidential Library, case 082451CU, holds a White House correspondence tracking worksheet and letters from October 1994. The Ronald Reagan Library and the National Archives gave formal notice that they planned to open about 167 pages of Reagan Presidential records on UFOs and the "Operation Majestic 12" document on November 7, 1994, in answer to a FOIA request from Lee M. Graham. On October 24, 1994, White House Assistant Counsel Marvin Krislov replied that the Counsel's office had no objection to the release.
