This FOIA release (2006-0474-F) from the Clinton Presidential Records, Press Secretary office, contains a December 8, 1997 email to President Clinton from Joseph Sidney "Jody" Pendarvis of Bowman, South Carolina. Pendarvis invited the President to visit the UFO Welcome Center he built as a tourist attraction, a saucer-shaped structure 22 feet high and 42 feet across. The file includes three White House scheduling replies, dated January 12, January 26 and February 4, 1998, from Stephanie S. Streett. Each one declines the invitation.
