This Truth in Testimony Disclosure Form was filed with the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability's Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs. It covers the July 26, 2023 hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) whistleblowers. * Rule XI, clause 2(g)(5), of the U.S. House of Representatives provides: (5)(A) Each committee shall, to the greatest extent practicable, require witnesses who appear before it to submit in advance written statements of proposed testimony and to limit their initial presentations to the committee to brief summaries thereof.
