Internet Archive (Paul Galante) · 2018-04-22 · 286 pages · text from the file's own layer

This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

jp the_makin~. It seems to all stem baclr to Adamski in Cal-
ifornia, tieing up the spaeker~ tl1rat; abpear at; public I.Leetwg
with the kind wor1is they have t..O say a o7ttt Adamski and the
fi_C"t that Marxer pushes hJ.m constantly is apparent to me that
so~e where along the line they are tied J.n together. It may be
a good J.dea to watch Wilkinson's activJ.tJ.es here in Detroit,
it may be that the Detroit Flying Saucer Club ia building up
over and beyond anybody~ expectations and they need a little
help from the "Brothers" man, Adamski. Purely a guess on my
part.
Maday stated too that had the massed landings that Marxer
had the feeling about that was to have landed in Detroit in
October taken place that we the Group Leaders would have been
the first to know about it. The fact that they did'nt take
place was unexplanable but thats the way it is with the Flying
Saucer business (Double talk) Marxer wrote to Adamski and told
him about it and he said she should never predict any further
than 30 days ahead and sometimes that was 1 ent good either.
Marxer thinks she is in the dog house wit'l Adamski. Maday said
that from the public stand point it was just as well that we
were the only ones to know this was tentatively planned{Massed
,·landings in Detroit). Our Host insisted that we leave early
he had to be up for work at 6 am and .could not afford to lose
his sleep. The meeting was over at 11:15 pm and I left immed-
iately, saying goodnight, rapidly, :D day, Coyne and M~;~.rxer.

P.s. The meeting scheduled for November 9th will not take place
as announced but instead on Monday evening at 7:15 and 9:30 P.M.
a private showing of "THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILLu will take
place at the Varsity Theatre, McNichols and Livernois in·
Detroit.
