George Adamski FBI file

Internet Archive (Paul Galante) · 2018-04-22 · 286 pages · text from the file's own layer

This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

I will continue to seek as much information as I can long
as you will put up with this kind of a report. I hope I
am wrong and they just turn out to be goofy people, but
believe me it was a strange meeting and the tenseness that
prevailed was noticable. At time Marxer seemed to talk
directly to me and at other times to the two gir~s. Hobart
just sat as if it was old stuff. They all acted secretly
as if they expected the boogy man to jump up from behind
the curtains.
The Rambo women, I have never met, she was the first
cont~t over the phone and later ger name was passed on through
the Club Sec. She called about %N 6:30 p.m. that night and
told.my wife that she would not be there. My wife said she
sounded scared. She claimed and blaimed her work for not be-
ing able to attend and then she finially said she was re-
signing. I never did get the chance to meet her. She quit
before she started. She knew Marxer and quoted her several
times over the phone. These people attending, knew each other
and apparently attended these meeting before. My wife and I
were the only strangers.
Again I apol~gise for this poor report, I could do much
better in person. My wife and I would gladly follow any in-
structions.
