This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

SUBJECT: UNKNO;'JN FLYING OBJECT
At 6::15 p.m. this date JM.n!S PATTON, 2551 Annabelle, Detroit, Michigan,
~hone DU-2-6453, advised that he ~d his wife havo seen an Unknown Object
in the sky in a southcrcsterly direction from ®etroit approximately over
Grosse Ilo. PATTON described the object as about ten times as bright
ets the evening star and it is nway upn in the sky. PATTON stated the
object was not moving aw_~ as he could tell. He stQted he could see
the evening star and4~-is much brighter that the evening star is.
SA LEOU SMITH advised this information should be provided the Air Force
on Monday morning, 11/7/60.
